I like the way you design, but I don't have any money.
There are plenty of sites on the internet that design layouts/graphics/etc for free. However, my time is valuable to me; that is the main reason I charge for my work. There have also been incidents in the past where I designed layouts, graphics or installed scripts for free, and did not get rightfully credited; I do not want to repeat those!

Are your prices negotiable?
To a certain extent. It all depends on what you want and how complicated it is.

Are refunds available?
Partial refunds are available for layouts and graphics. For instance, if I designed a layout for you and your original cost was $10, but you were dissatisfied with the layout, I will refund $5. If you ask for a refund, you may NOT use the layout.

Can you design a whole website for me, content and everything?
Not at this point in time, and probably not for a long while. Although I design layouts for various websites, I never contribute to the content. Since I design mostly for fansites/listings, I never help with content. Content of a truly great website will come from the webmaster's own creativity.

Will you walk me step by step through making my website?
Regrettably, I do not have time to walk everyone who emails me step by step to making their own websites. However, there are many tutorials on the web that will, including one I'm currenly working on.
